Case Management Training

Goal

The goal of this module is to train eligible health professionals to provide Medicaid case management services for the Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women program.

Target Audience

Eligible professionals who are seeking certification from Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women to provide Medicaid case management services. Professionals eligible for certification are registered nurses, licensed social workers, community health workers and doulas.
